Specialization in Enogastronomy and F&B: the educational program of Italian School of Hospitality, LUISS and CDP supporting hospitality operators in the post-pandemic recovery phase
The specialization course in Enogastronomy and F&B, part of the broader Flex Executive Program, developed by the Italian School of Hospitality in collaboration with Luiss Business School, has recently concluded.
The intensive 3-day course (April 4-6, 2022) was held in Florence, with the valuable contribution of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, which hosted the classroom teaching activities at its Florence headquarters in Piazza della Repubblica.
The class activities were then alternated with masterclasses and tour-company for a 360° learning experience with professionals and experts in the field.
All the teaching sessions, aimed at professionals and experts in the Enogastronomy and F&B sector, has one common thread: intercept and analyse the new trends in the sector, providing effective tools to operators in the post-pandemic recovery phase.
In fact, new emerging trends highlight how food and wine tourism is growing by leaps and bounds: travelers are increasingly interested in seeking out Italian flavors and tastes. The secret receipe to keep passion and interaction alive is the increasing involvement of guests for a unique and authentic experience.
