Italian School of Hospitality, Luiss Business School and CDP together in Florence for specialization in Enogastronomy and F&B

The specialization course in Enogastronomy and F&B of the Italian School of Hospitality, part of the broader Flex Executive course in Hotel Management created in partnership with Luiss Business School, is starting soon. The specialization course, dedicated to professionals with experience in the hospitality sector, aims to provide participants with the skills and knowledge essential for the development and management of a tourism business in the food and wine sector.

For support the initiative, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, the School’s promoter, will make available from January 11 to 13 its headquarters in Florence’s central Piazza della Repubblica to hold the classroom activities of the course. The face-to-face lectures conducted will be alternated with company visits to innovative realities in the sector, in order to encourage on-the-job learning of best practices.

In doing so, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti confirms its support for the Italian School of Hospitality project and, more generally, its interest in sustaining the competitiveness and supporting the innovation of companies in the tourism sector in Italy.
