The hospitality industry is one of the cornerstones of tourism, both nationally and internationally, and requires highly qualified professionals ready to best interpret the emerging needs of guests, equipped with transversal skills, both technical and soft.

In line with this approach, the Italian School of Hospitality introduces its new Hotel Management training program, designed to equip participants with comprehensive knowledge across four core areas. These include Food & Beverage management, communication strategies, operational oversight of tourist establishments, and advanced techniques in pricing and Revenue Management.

The new course in Hotel Management, scheduled to be held in Matera in November and December, is aimed both at young professionals entering the sector and at middle management figures (front office, receptionists, F&B managers, junior managers) who intend to invest in training in order to keep abreast of new methodologies and advance their careers in the hotel industry.

The complete Hotel Management course is composed of 4 modules, which can also be purchased individually. Also in a systemic perspective and in order to promote accessibility and encourage the training of young entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the Italian School of Hospitality offers several scholarships.
